I am working with Drs. Kevin Ford and Steve Yelon to examine how people personalize their training and
transfer experiences. We collected predictor measures from a group of police
executives in the Fall of 2008 and a follow-up outcome
survey in Spring 2009. We will be conducting qualitative interviews with a sub-group
of participants in May 2009.

I am working with Dr. Fred Leong to review the
research literature about cross-cultural counseling competency. We are
especially interested in critiquing the lack of criterion-related validity
studies of existing measures of cross-cultural counseling competency.
